Message frequency: Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with our services. You may receive messages in connection with scheduled appointments, program updates, and account or service activity.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates will apply to each SMS message sent or received. Please contact your wireless provider for details about your messaging plan.
How to opt out (STOP): You may opt out of the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send "STOP," we will send a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did initially.
How to get help (HELP): For help or more information about the Program, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at clinical@orbit.engineering.
Carrier liability disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Neither Orbit Clinical nor any participating mobile carrier shall be liable for any delays in the receipt of, or failure to deliver, any SMS messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.
Your use of our website and the SMS Program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which informs users of our data collection practices. We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.
